Terms of Service

OneIMS Client Reports (reports.oneims.com) is a reporting tool OneIMS provides to its clients as part of its marketing services. It reads data from accounts a client connects and turns it into reports. Use of the app is also covered by the client's agreement with OneIMS; where the two differ, that agreement wins.

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to connect. You can disconnect an account at any time, in the app or in that platform's settings. How connected data is used is described in our Privacy Policy.

• Keep your login, portal password and private report links confidential.
• Don't try to access other clients' data, disrupt the service or get around its security.

Reports show data as returned by Google, HubSpot and other platforms at the time the report was made. Platforms sometimes revise past numbers, so figures can differ slightly from what a platform shows later. The service is provided as is, and OneIMS is not liable for decisions made from report figures beyond what the client's agreement with OneIMS provides.
